Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to proyectos@hives.es, including:
• Order number.
• Full name.
• Date of receipt.
• Products you wish to return.
• Reason for requesting a return.
Once we receive your request, we will inform you how to proceed with the return.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused,, unopened and in its original packaging..
• The product must be returned in the same condition as when received..
• For food or cosmetic products, returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Costs
Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, we will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In this case, please contact us within 48 hoursof receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned products.
