Cette reconnaissance s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019une&nbsp;<strong>extension de dix nouvelles certifications<\/strong>&nbsp;, ce qui portera le nombre total de labels dans la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 79, soit une augumentation de 15% par rapport au chiffre actuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette inclusion, le Miel du Bierzo rejoint d\u2019autres productions prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par la Marque de Garantie, comme l\u2019Ail de Zamora (Ajo Zamorano) ou le Cochon de lait r\u00f4ti de S\u00e9govie (Cochinillo de Segovia). Selon Gonz\u00e1lez Corral, cette d\u00e9cision refl\u00e8te l\u2019engagement du gouvernement r\u00e9gional \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>stimuler le milieu rural \u00e0 travers des produits locaux et diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>La conseill\u00e8re a soulign\u00e9 que Castilla-et-Le\u00f3n compte&nbsp;<strong>42 Appellations d\u2019Origine Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (AOP) et Indications G\u00e9ographiques Prot\u00e9g\u00e9es (IGP)<\/strong>, ainsi que&nbsp;<strong>22 Marques de Garantie<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>cinq autres certifications<\/strong>, r\u00e9presentant au total plus de 1300 entreprises agroalimentaires et environ 17000 exploitations. \u00ab Cela fait de nous la deuxi\u00e8me communaut\u00e9 autonome d'Espagne en nombre de certifications de qualit\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Elle a \u00e9galement mis en avant le travail conjoint avec les producteurs et les associations locales pour obtenir ces reconnaissances, essentielles pour fixer la population et dynamiser l\u2019\u00e9conomie rurale.
