If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within&nbsp;<strong>7<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;7 calendar days<\/strong>&nbsp;of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to&nbsp;<strong>proyectos@hives.es<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Full name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Date of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Products you wish to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Reason for requesting a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive your request, we will inform you how to proceed with the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The product must be&nbsp;<strong>unused,<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>unopened<\/strong>&nbsp;and in its&nbsp;<strong>original packaging.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The product must be returned in the&nbsp;<strong>same condition as when received.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For food or cosmetic products,&nbsp;<strong>returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened<\/strong>, for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Costs<\/strong>\u200b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Defective Products or Order Errors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If the product you received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, we will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In this case, please contact us within&nbsp;<strong>48 hours<\/strong>of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used.
